It uses a 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill, twice distilled in copper stills, and aged in toasted and charred American oak barrels—each toasted over wood-fire for up to 20 minutes before charring to deepen flavor extraction. Bottled at 95 proof, non-chill filtered, with no added coloring.
