Single Barrel Select is hand-bottled from individual barrels selected for their distinct character. After column distillation, the spirit is mellowed through maple charcoal (Lincoln County Process), aged for approximately 5½–6 years in new charred oak, and bottled at 94 proof. Each barrel number and bottling date are printed on the label, making every bottle unique.
