Blade and Bow pays tribute to the iconic Stitzel-Weller Distillery by using a unique Solera aging system. This method blends older whiskey—including some of the last remaining stocks from Stitzel-Weller—with newer bourbon aged in new charred American oak barrels. The result is a balanced and consistent flavor profile that reflects both tradition and innovation.
